How to unite Barrows necroplasm? ›

A combination of spiritual byproduct from the 6 Barrows brothers. The united Barrows necroplasm is an item created by searching the chest in the Barrows with all of the other brothers' necroplasm in your backpack. It is needed for Kili's Knowledge V, which grants the ability to create tier 70 tank Necromancy equipment.

Recommended levels and equipment

It is recommended to have at least level 65+ in your chosen combat style (Attack & Strength, Ranged, Magic, or Necromancy). It is recommended to have at least level 65+ Defence. is recommended to use protection prayers against this boss' attacks.

You will have to defeat Torag the Corrupted, and use greater necroplasm on his sarcophagi ^[sic] again to gain another. Spiritual byproduct from Torag the Corrupted. Torag the Corrupted necroplasm is an item obtained by using 20 greater necroplasm on Torag the Corrupted's sarcophagus after defeating him in the Barrows.

The chance of receiving a specific piece of equipment is approximately 1/350.14 ^[b]. As it is possible to receive more than one piece of Barrows equipment per chest, the average number of Barrows pieces per chest is 7/102 (~1/14.57).

[Tip of the Day] Getting 100% loot potential from barrows earns you less money than getting 88%-99%. This is because 88% gets max runes while 100% gets you the cheaper bolt racks and key halves. And no getting 100% doesn't increase your chance at barrows gear.

If you have a Ring of Wealth (or better) active whilst looting the Barrows, you get an additional drop to the ones listed above. This is an additional drop that isn't affected by any of the above; it's just a bonus from wearing a luck ring equal to or better than a Ring of Wealth.

The goal is to slay all six brothers, gather the appropriate killcount in the tunnels, and then loot the Barrows chest. A single run could take anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your level, though the most common strategy involves banking at clan wars after each chest.

For every Barrows brother that was slain, the player will receive an extra 2 points on their rewards potential, capping the maximum reward potential at 1,012.

Greater necroplasm is a ritual requiring level 60 Necromancy to perform. It uses 200 lesser necroplasm alongside one Elemental I, two Elemental II, and two Reagent II glyphs to create 100 greater necroplasm and seven ectoplasm. The ritual requires six light sources.

Can you scourge a corrupted item? ›

In the Scourge league, players could use the Blood Crucible to gather Corruption from slain Scourge monsters to corrupt an item (if not already corrupted) and add two Scourge modifiers, one positive and one negative, into an item. An item can be Scourged multiple times to add higher-tier Scourge mods.

The totems will automatically be used when creating a new fight at the well near the original Barrows.

Experienced players should be able to complete one loot in under 3 minutes, though this will vary based on equipment and skill levels. At this rate, approximately 18 chests per hour are likely.

You will primarily be using Magic attacks against all Barrows Brothers except Ahrim. Interestingly, due to their incredibly low Magic Defence you do not need to wear Magic Gear in order to successfully hit them with your spells.

Eventually it will degrade to Barrows repair 75, then 50, then 25 and finally 0 at which point the armour will be unusable until repaired. Additionally, Barrows equipment may only be traded if fully repaired or fully degraded.

Players can gather reward potential by killing the Barrows brothers and the monsters inside the crypts. The reward potential gathered is equal to the combat level of the monster that was slain, capped for a total of 1,000.
